I even bought a second slicer for my mother-in-law. The machine arrives well packed and nothing needs to be assembled. The adjustment of the cutting thickness is precise and the carriage runs very well. The engine is silent and has never gone into crisis. The construction makes cleaning easy and it is also child's play to keep the blade sharp using the sharpening device. Full marks.

You get to the almost transparent slice of ham and uniform thickness! Never signs of failure. Robust, safe and stable! I bought a home model, but I don't notice any difference in the quality of the cut with the professional ones.
