Harmony 275 S CEV

Medium size professional slicer studied to cut cold-cuts, meats, cheeses and bread. Its line allows a perfect cleaning thanks to the EASY CLEAN system that allows to tilt the plate. Base in cast aluminium with polished anodic oxidation and food holder arm in anodized aluminium. Line studied without sharp edges to allows a simple and complete cleaning. NEW fixed sharpener with lower cover.

Graduated knob for adjust slicing thickness (up to 14÷16 mm).
Fixed blade protection ring.
Shaft holding the blade mounted on a double ball-bearing.
