Serie Ausonia

Slicer conceived for domestic use. It is composed by a base in steel and lacquered cast aluminum. The blade, in tempered steel and moved by belt transmission, is easy to be cleaned, thanks to a patented system which allows to disassemble it easily.
There are different models from the smaller one AUSONIA SMARTY 170 folding and space saving to a bigger one AUSONIA 220 with a blade of 22 cm
