Vertical professional slicers available in 3 different versions. one made with a cast aluminium cold-cuts plate equipped by swan food holding arm, one with cast aluminium double meat plate and one with cast aluminium fixed plate. They present the BLC system that - block of sliding carriage which allows to disassemble the food tray and its bearing. Available only on models in below table.
