Description
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Smoking chamber for meat, fish, cheese, sausages and food in general. Smoking allows to flavor and spice food, improving the preservation.
- Body in stainless steel INOX AISI 430.
- Burner tray and degreaser in stainless steel.
- A 1 kg package of smoking material (compressed chipping of hard wood) is included (suitable for 5/10 smoking operations).
- Front door is totally flowing, suitable for preparing the grid outside the chamber and horizontal integration.
- Models in assembling kit are sold disassembled in order to reduce space.
- Predisposition for OPTIONAL cold smoking (cod. 115405).
